Regulation effective from October 2013 aiming to identify and restrict toxic chemicals in products. This will lead to investigations into alternatives based on risk assessment starting from general product manufacture, to use and then disposal. Whilst the list of chemicals posing a hazard and Priority Products likely to contain these are compiled, Hung Hing are aware of this new Regulation and as in the case of the EU Toy Safety Directive, are prepared for any necessary discussions with material suppliers to obtain BOMs / Declarations as required
